Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Our return address is available upon request. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if:

  • Your item is damaged.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your order is incomplete.

Include your order number and, where possible, clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Digital downloads.

  • Gift cards.

  • Mystery or surprise products once opened, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • Sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible). Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order through our webshop.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
